Seminal Melbourne 3-piece Dirty Three will release their first album in seven years this Friday.
To mark the occasion Dom Alessio will be hosting a special edition of Home & Hosed on Thursday night joined by two big fans of the Dirty Three - Sarah Blasko and Gareth Liddiard.
Band mates Mick Turner and Warren Ellis will also share their thoughts on their ninth studio album Toward The Low Sun.
Here's a bit of what Ellis had to say already:
"I think we tried twice to record and both times the results seemed unsatisfactory. I knew when we were playing live throughout the last bunch of years that it still felt really vital and there was something going on but I did start to wonder whether we would make another record, maybe that might be it."
